Michaele Pendarvis, CPA
Michaele graduated from the College of Central Florida with an A.S. Degree in Accounting Technologies, and an A.S. Degree in Business Management in 2011. In 2012 she received an Associates of Arts Degree from the College of Central Florida. Michaele continued her education at Saint Leo University where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting in May 2014. By May of 2016, Michaele passed all four parts of the CPA examination and was granted the Certified Public Accountant designation in July of 2016. Michaele has been with the firm since 2011. She is a native Floridian, and moved to Ocala in 1988 when she married her husband, Robert. They have two children together. Their son recently graduated from the University of Central Florida, and their daughter is attending the University of Florida as a freshman in the fall of 2018. She also has two chihuahuas named Bruiser and Piper she spoils regularly.
Cindy Osman
Cindy has been with the firm since 2007. She is a graduate of University of South Florida where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Cindy is pursuing her CPA license. She is also a graduate of University of Florida where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics. Cindy is part of the University of Florida’s Executive Practice Management program for dentists.
Originally from Tampa, FL, Cindy met her husband in Ocala and has three children. When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Henry Franco
Henry graduated with honors from the College of Central Florida with an Associates in Arts degree in Business Administration in 2013. He proceeded to work towards his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Organizational Management at the College of Central Florida. With only four classes left to graduate, Henry decided to alter his major and transfer to Saint Leo University. December 2015, Henry completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. He kept his stride by continuing into the Master of Accounting program with Saint Leo University and completed the program in August of 2017. Next for Henry is to complete the CPA exam and earn his accreditation. Henry is a native Floridian from the Miami area and moved to Ocala in 2008 with his wife Jennifer and three children. In 2012, Henry was blessed with the birth of his grandson. In his free time, he enjoys watching sci-fi movies and volunteering. Henry actively volunteers at the Big Sun Youth Soccer league, Blessed Trinity and is a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Julie Walters
Julie who is new to our firm started her career while in High School in the Dental Field. She received a scholarship to attend DeVry Institute of Technology for Electronics and Computer Technology. After attending DeVry for 1 year she switched her curriculum to Business Accounting and subsequently received her Associates Degree from DeVry in 1984. Her and her husband relocated to Florida from Louisiana 2 years ago after her husband retired. Julie has been doing accounting for over 30 years and has experience in the service, construction, retail and loan industries. She has served on the board of directors of several corporations in the past as President or Vice President and CFO.
Julie enjoys sewing, swimming and relaxing by the pool and is looking forward to the arrival of her first grandchild coming soon.
